Mobile testing
My React Native work at OVO included working on Detox end-to-end tests and investigating their reliability in CI.
Production instrumentation
For OVO notifications, I added analytics covering message delivery and the customer actions that followed. This showed an increase in on-time meter-reading completion after reminders launched.
